Michael Burry is once again liquidating everything, remaining with only one stock and betting hundreds of millions against the market with PUT options.

What the hell is happening with legendary investor Michael Burry?

The internet is ablaze, Twitter is raging, and financial communities have not calmed down since the publication of the quarterly portfolio of investment legend Michael Burry.

Why?

Because Burry, the man who identified the subprime collapse before everyone else,

Is liquidating everything again!

Or at least, almost everything.

Among all the sell-offs in Burry's portfolio, only one stock survived the massacre:

Estée Lauder ($EL), a battered, bleeding, and rather forgotten stock in the market's eyes. (It was also mentioned in real-time on our premium channel with unusual insider purchases)

Why specifically this one?

An intriguing question.

But that's not the real story.

What everyone is missing is that Burry didn't just exit stocks, he became a financial polar bear.

And he's not just any bear, he's a bear walking around with hundreds of millions in PUT options.

The numbers speak for themselves:

Nvidia - $NVDA 900,000 PUT options worth almost $100 million. The man is betting against one of the hottest stocks of the decade.

Alibaba $BABA 200,000 PUT options worth over $26 million.

And there's more: $PDD, $JD

And other Chinese and American companies, all under Burry's bear attack.

But wait... before you draw conclusions, here's what they're not telling you:

This is an update representing the end of the first quarter of 2025.

Meaning, all data is accurate as of March 31.

This is before the April crash!

Before the market trembled.

Before the dip occurred.

So what actually happened?

There are two possibilities:

Did Burry time the decline with surgical precision, open PUT positions at the peak, and ride the wave down, but in the meantime already sold the shorts and bought at the peak of the bleeding in April?

Or is he still short...?

Eating himself alive through one of the fastest recoveries in stock market history, and believes we are heading towards a bear market, similar to 2008?

What's certain is that the next quarter will be fascinating, and we will be the first to reveal it to you, as always.

Until then, we are monitoring.
