They are not stopping - management members continue with insider purchases

Remember the insider purchases at $AMRZ?

A quick reminder:

We updated you on the first insider purchases for the #1st time

We updated you on the additional insider purchases for the #2nd time

Again they made insider purchases, for the #3rd time

And now for the fourth time -

The senior executives at this company are not stopping and continue a series of insider purchases of company shares with their private funds for the 4th time:

Last week we identified 6 insider purchases by executives at $AMRZ, all in an almost identical price range of $46.36 - $47.38.

The company's CFO purchased 6,000 shares, in two separate transactions, totaling $283,530 - and increased his holding by 100%.

The VP of Human Resources purchased 5,260 shares at $47.31, totaling $248,851 - an increase of 97.82% in holding.

The VP of Supply Chain purchased 3,568 shares at $46.60, for a total of $166,252 - an increase of 10.22%.

They were also joined by Roald Brauer, VP of Technology, with a purchase of 1,500 shares for $69,540, and Jamie Hill, President of the Building Materials Division, with 1,500 shares for $70,680.

In total, 6 purchases, 20,828 shares and $838,853 were allocated to purchasing company shares with their private funds for the #4th time.

The interesting point here is not just the amount - but the breadth of participation:

Finance, technology, supply chain, human resources, and the building materials division - several different layers of management chose to increase exposure to the stock in the same price range.

When the company's most senior management buys shares at the same time for the #4th time, this is already an unusual move that we are monitoring.

Especially when it's a chain of insider purchases that has been repeating for several consecutive months.

The interesting question is what $AMRZ management sees at this price - and are these purchases the calm before the storm?
