Trump's next move - ground takeover of the island that holds Iran's economy?

If this happens - remember where you read about it first

Note interesting changes in the deployment of US forces in the Middle East:

- The United States announced the deployment of 2,200 Marines and three landing ships to the Middle East that arrived from Japan.

The deployment is managed by the Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group.

The deployed ships are USS Tripoli, USS San Diego, and USS New Orleans.

The deployment also includes about 20 F-35B Lightning II fighter jets.

The USS Tripoli and the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit were based at Sasebo and Okinawa in Japan - and are now moving to the Middle East

Trump reinforces the narrative of ''only aerial bombings'' and rejects the idea of a ground invasion.

And anyone who knows Trump knows - that this is exactly how he operates...

''By stratagem you may wage war''

He makes you believe something - only to act in the exact opposite way...

A ground takeover of the island - might achieve the perfect outcome for Trump

A final economic strangulation of the regime in Tehran - without real damage to infrastructure

In addition, the United States effectively takes control of another strategic oil reserve (in addition to Venezuela)...

When you think about it - one must actually understand what the objectives of the attack on the island were over the weekend

Trump stated that they attacked military targets only -

The question that arises - is whether these were ''regular'' targets - and if so, why wasn't it done until now?

It is possible that these were different attacks - designed to prepare the ground for a ground invasion...?

According to reports online - it was not an attack using cruise missiles or regular attack aircraft - but rather strategic bombers.

The purpose of these bombers is to flatten underground bases.

Note the description that comes to us from the island itself -

''Hello, my family lives in Kharg, the sounds of the explosions were very frightening. There were more than ten to fifteen explosions, and they occurred around 2 AM.''

''Kharg is a small island, so the sounds spread throughout the area. My relatives who do not live in Kharg, but are in a port city in Bushehr province, said they felt the shockwave.''

''I just received a call from a relative. The intensity of the bombing was very strong, and everything seemed to explode. It appears many bunker buster bombs were used. It was also reported that the ground shook in Ganaveh near Kharg. The place looked like hell.''

''My brother is in Kharg. The bombings continued non-stop for about two hours. My brother works at oil facilities and stayed in the dorms that night. As President Trump said, the bombing seemed to target a military area.''

''The naval port of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) was hit. Oil and passenger terminals were not damaged. The Iranian Oil Ministry may evacuate staff regardless of the situation. Between 1:30 AM and 2:30 AM, all ammunition depots were hit, and helicopters were also used.''

The assessments are that the attacks targeted naval bases - ammunition depots and mine depots.
