In my opinion, the declines stem from excellent news. They stem from a position of strength (which I personally like) - the company has $5 billion on its balance sheet. The fundraising (which is causing the stock to fall) is intended for strategic expansion of operations in India and Europe - an arming operation to take over new markets.
