Good morning friends 👍

We hope you've prepared yourselves well for launch. What you are about to read is original premium material, collected and edited by the premium research team of the Hot Stock Alerts channel 😎

In the following post, we will mainly discuss two things:

1️⃣SpaceX stock pricing versus forecasts

2️⃣A clear picture of the early behind-the-scenes demand for SpaceX stock

And finally, a bonus -🎁

SpaceX is expected to go public today about an hour and a half after the market open under the ticker $SPCX

This is one of the first companies for which, even before the stock IPO, leveraged ETFs on the stock have already been approved, both long ($SPCH) and short ($SSPC)

⬅️The number of shares offered is 555,550,000 shares at a price of $135 per share = approximately $75 billion in supply - (something else not talked about - underwriters have the option to add another 83 shares to the offering, which would add approximately $10 billion more in supply)

⬅️Company valuation at IPO - $1.78 trillion

In 2025, SpaceX recorded total revenue of $18.7 billion (growth of approximately 33% compared to 2024). 💲

⬅️The company also recorded a net loss of $4.9 billion. ❌

In the first quarter of 2026, an additional net loss of approximately $4.28 to $4.9 billion was recorded - a quarterly loss almost equal to all of 2025's losses - mainly due to the purchase of expensive AI servers and continued Starship development. 💵

Which means the company's IPO price reflects a revenue multiple of approximately 100 based on 2025 revenues ⚠️

Sounds exaggerated❓

Let's delve into the numbers: ⬅️In the first quarter of 2026, SpaceX's revenue stood at $4.7 billion - a 15% increase compared to the same quarter last year. 📈

Even if we assume the company will barely grow further this year beyond these quarterly revenues, annual revenues will still be at least approximately $20 billion. 💵

If the company continues to lose about $5 billion every quarter, then the loss will also be about $20 billion per year 🛡

And this is where a huge variable comes in: ⚡️

In recent weeks, SpaceX signed two mega-deals for leasing computing power to Google and Anthropic. 🤝

The annual revenue value of these two deals alone is estimated at nearly $30 billion. 🎶

Meaning, the annual revenue forecast just jumped to at least $50 billion - with no additional expenses! 💥

Which leaves us with the possibility of a net income of approximately $25 billion - with profit margins of about 50% 💲

And this is without taking into account SpaceX's available computing power for lease, as Elon Musk says he will close more such deals in the future.

If we take these numbers into account - revenues of about $50 billion per year - in one second the current revenue multiple is cut to around 40 ✅

Let's hear what analysts have to say: 🛡️ Two analysts have already initiated coverage on the stock

🔣New Street initiated coverage with a price target of 165 🔼 🔣Oppenheimer initiated coverage with a price target of 195 - a market cap target of $2.5 trillion 🔼

The revenue forecasts from major banks for SpaceX are insane: 🟢 Goldman Sachs expects SpaceX's AI revenue to rise from $3.2 billion in 2025 to $322 billion by 2030, a roughly 100-fold increase. 🧮

Total revenue is expected to reach $474 billion, with Starlink projected to generate $144 billion and rockets $8.3 billion. 💰

🟢 Analysts at Morgan Stanley expect SpaceX's revenue to reach $3.4 trillion in 2040.

If we assume a conservative revenue multiple of 20, we are looking at a company worth tens of trillions of dollars in 2040 🏎

In the next post, we will review the secret behind-the-scenes demand for the stock right now, and try to understand how this will affect the stock price going forward. 🤫
