The senior team goes in strong
We identified several interesting insider trades recently at $OSUR, a small company specializing in the development and manufacturing of medical devices.
First, the company focuses primarily on medical solutions for rapid diagnostic tests for viruses, bacteria, and other diseases.
And what caught our eye – well, it's not every day we see a company's senior team decide to invest in the company's stock in such a way – especially when it involves purchases by the CEO, CFO, and two senior board members.
The purchases totaled $600,000.
What do they know that we don't?
What's also interesting here is that these purchases came after almost two years since the last acquisition.
And they coincide with the absence of stock sales by insiders during this period.
That is, there are two interesting elements here:
First, these are purchases unlike any seen for a long time.
Second, there were no sales on their part – which may indicate a high level of confidence from management in the company's financial and strategic situation.
We are monitoring!
