You know, I noticed something amazing,
When the stock market and crypto market take a breather and correct downwards, all the grumblers emerge saying "we told you so" "everything is inflated" "the crash is coming" "this is just the beginning" and a host of other nonsense meant to pat themselves on the back.
You can see it on social media, hear friends, read about it in the press, and hear about it in street conversations.
In such moments, and I've had many over the years, I always remember this amazing quote:
It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause.

Don't be rattled by corrections, don't let your emotions mislead you, surround yourselves with positive people, stay away from negativity - and remember - you are not your emotions, you can feel bad and that's okay, you can feel good and that's okay, but you are not your emotions - don't let your emotions make financial and professional decisions for you.
Don't make mistakes because of downturns or upturns, take a breath, read this text, and give yourself the advice you would give a friend.
Remember that stocks that only go up exist only in fairy tales.
