LivePerson shareholders, this message is for you:

The special meeting to approve the merger between LivePerson and SoundHound AI has been extended until 2.9. Israeli shareholders can vote until 1.9 at 19:00.

LivePerson is close to obtaining the shareholder approval required to complete the transaction, but every share that does not vote effectively counts as a vote against the transaction.

If LivePerson does not obtain the required number of votes, the merger will not be completed, LivePerson will continue to operate as an independent company, and the company will continue to face significant risks and debt. This situation could ultimately result in shareholders receiving no consideration for their LivePerson shares.

Voting takes less than two minutes. Vote today via email to the company's Israeli law firm, moshep@arnontl.com, or by electronic voting at https://votes.isa.gov.il/login.

(You must attach to the voting form proof of share ownership as of July 6, which can be obtained from the bank or broker where your account is held)
