Friends, whoever does not change their mindset for most of their portfolio holdings (and very quickly) to that of an investor and not a day trader, it is better for them to simply sell all their stocks and exit the stock market! This is a recommendation, yes! Investors look at the market and market opportunities over years, not days. You can't look at your portfolio and stocks every day and cry. It's simply not right, not healthy, not smart. New people who entered the market in the last year are looking for thrills, gambling, and expecting stocks to rise all the time - that won't happen. Anyone who entered the market and needs their money in 3 months or half a year should sell everything and exit the market. It's impossible to know what will happen in such a short period. Remember one more thing, you are investing in companies, not symbols! And whoever does that is gambling like in a casino, not investing. If, for example, you believed that the metal mining sector was a good investment for the future, then what makes you think it's not anymore? Falling stock prices? Anyone familiar with the stock exchange understands that there is no connection between a stock's performance and the company's future; a stock's performance does not reflect the future, in any way. For example, tomorrow people come and buy Azrieli stock without any change in activity and push it up 1,000%. Is the company's future now such a huge leap in company activity? Probably not. So also the opposite!!! If you entered, and due to the stock price drop you think the sector is no longer relevant, it's not the future, and you don't believe in it, sell everything and go sunbathe on the beach.

And that's how it is with investments. Swing trading is different, day trading is different. But this is the rule in investing: buy stocks of good companies and continue to hold them as long as they remain good.
