History on the stock exchange: Bank Hapoalim distributes stocks to customers!
This morning, a festive trading opening ceremony was held at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange to mark the distribution of the bank's stocks to customers (who chose to receive them) as part of the unique initiative announced by the bank.
Approximately 575,000 Bank Hapoalim stocks were distributed to customers who chose to join the initiative, a first-of-its-kind step in Israel. Approximately 394 thousand customers received two stocks worth ₪124.5 (as of 18.9), which were credited to their accounts today.
An initiative that generates immense curiosity in the stock market, and brings tens of thousands of new investors directly into trading.
