And today, the first post in the series.

By popular demand — $ASTS stock.

So what has happened until today?

A lot has happened — let's sort things out!

Our first post was published here on April 15.

The stock price then?

Around $22.

In the series of posts we published then, we reviewed the state of ASTS' technological progress against Elon Musk's Starlink.

We explained that despite Elon Musk's amazing track record, we actually prefer ASTS!

We explained well why, we compared the different types of technology, the situation on the ground, and Musk's reliance on companies developing the devices. We explained ASTS' excellent business model that connects it directly to the customer, and concluded that ASTS had acquired a bitter rival, but for now, it was leading in the first round!

In recent weeks, there seemed to be a clear turn in the plot in favor of Elon Musk.

It started with an update on a $17 billion spectrum acquisition deal, which we reported here. In response, ASTS stock reacted with a 14% drop.

This continued with an update from Starlink regarding the submission of an application to launch satellites adapted for direct communication.

This was seemingly the conclusive evidence that Elon Musk was already ahead of ASTS...

And then?

Another plot twist...

A news report: Musk's Starlink is approaching chip development companies to develop a customized chip for satellite communication...

A chip for a phone?

For a satellite?

It's unclear.

But again, it seems Musk is still behind.

And then ASTS with an amazing series of updates.

- First, another deal with a giant telecommunications provider from South America.

- Second, the new generation BlueBird satellites were approved for operation. The plan to launch up to 60 satellites by 2026 is immediately underway.

And most importantly — proof of concept for the technology itself. The company announced it completed groundbreaking tests, demonstrating 4G voice calls over an LTE network, video calls, broadband data connectivity, and video streaming to standard smartphones using ASTS' BlueBird satellites.

Analysts at Barclays responded by raising the stock's price target to $60.

In response, the stock surged to an all-time high and continued to rise last Friday as well, and is now trading at $67 per share.

An increase of approximately 300% since the first post.
