Archer (ACHR) and United Airlines unveil a crazy transportation vision:

From Manhattan to the airport — in 7 minutes!

Archer Aviation is making history, as together with strategic partner United Airlines, it presents an ambitious plan to build an air taxi network in New York.

The plan is expected to transform one of the world's most congested areas into one that is more accessible, faster, quieter, and greener than ever before.

The vision is simple: an electric air taxi, model *Midnight*, will transport passengers from Manhattan to JFK, LaGuardia, or Newark airports in less than 15 minutes (!)

And it's not a dream.

It's happening now.

And the most exciting part?

This is a move that could change all the rules of the game.

Here's the full story: So first of all, what is Midnight and why is it so special?

It's an electric air taxi that can carry up to 4 passengers, with 12 motors and propellers, minimal noise levels, and zero emissions.

It is proudly built in the USA – in facilities in San Jose, Georgia, and California – and is designed to meet safety standards like commercial aircraft.

Helicopter taxis? You're probably stuck somewhere in the past – that's so 2010...

Midnight is a quiet revolution – literally.

How will it work in practice? New York residents and visitors will be able to book an Archer flight via an app, as an alternative to a car or taxi on the way to the airport.

Midnight will land and take off from "Vertiports" — existing heliports and landing pads that will be approved and adapted for this purpose.

The result: a door-to-door transfer that feels like magic.

From a regulatory perspective too – everything is on track. Archer already holds an FAA Part 135 license (commercial operator), and is now in an advanced stage of obtaining Type Certification – the critical approval for operating Midnight as a regular passenger flight.

Once this happens, the company will be able to launch commercial services from New York's major airports.

Powerful collaboration with United. United Airlines is not just a partner, it is also a long-term strategic investor that has pre-ordered an entire Midnight fleet.

According to them, "The goal is to create a smarter transportation future — including dedicated real estate, airspace management, and security."

The bottom line?

United sees Archer as the golden path to a new world of air mobility.

Infrastructure partnerships – what makes it real. Archer collaborates with players such as: Atlantic Aviation, Signature Aviation, Skyports/GroupeADP, and also new partners like Modern Aviation and Pegasus.

They are working on transforming existing heliports into future infrastructure for mass landings – and they are already in the midst of the full electrification process.

And the future? Not just New York... Archer has previously announced networks in San Francisco and Los Angeles. But New York, it seems, is going to be the game changer.

"The New York area is a huge and congested transportation market every year, and travel there can be a nightmare,"

said CEO Adam Goldstein, adding:

"We are here to make it a matter of minutes."

The city and authorities are also involved: - Port Authority:

"We will explore how Midnight can be integrated into the general transportation network." - NYCEDC:

"This is a transportation revolution that will clear the skies, free up the roads, and improve residents' lives."

So in summary: ACHR is not talking about an imaginary future – it is building it!

And it's building it now.

In a world thirsty for smart, green, and quiet mobility — especially in bustling cities

Archer is one of the few players with a mature product, advanced regulation, stable partner infrastructure, and a name that will soon become very well-known in every household.

The New York agreement not only sparks imagination but also positions ACHR as a leader in a field estimated to be worth over a trillion dollars in the next decade, according to Bloomberg.
